The Fluxion Interface and Protocol are provided on an “as is” basis. Users assume all risks, with no express or implied warranties or guarantees of any kind.
This website-hosted user interface (hereinafter referred to as “this Interface”) serves as the open-source frontend portal for the Fluxion Protocol (hereinafter referred to as “the Protocol”). The Fluxion Protocol is a community-driven collection of decentralized blockchain smart contracts and tools. All transactions are executed automatically through permissionless smart contracts on the blockchain.
This Interface and the Protocol are maintained and made available by Fluxion contributors, team, or related entities (hereinafter referred to as “we”). However, we do not own, operate, or control the Protocol itself or any transactions executed on it. The Protocol is a fully decentralized open-source system, and any third party may independently access, interact with, or build alternative interfaces for it.
By using this Interface or the Protocol, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
No individual, contributor, or entity involved in the development, deployment, maintenance of the Protocol, or operation of this Interface shall be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of this Interface or the Protocol (including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, as well as loss of profits, digital assets, tokens, or any other value).
The Protocol is not available to residents of the following Prohibited Jurisdictions:
Belarus, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Crimea region of Ukraine, Donetsk People’s Republic, Luhansk People’s Republic, Cuba, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, United States of America, Mainland China, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and any other jurisdiction where access to or use of the Protocol is prohibited or restricted by law (collectively referred to as “Prohibited Jurisdictions”).
By using this Interface or the Protocol, you represent and warrant that:
- You are not located in, incorporated in, established in, or a citizen or resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction;
- You are not listed on any sanctions lists, prohibited or restricted party lists, including but not limited to those maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union or its Member States, or any other governmental authority.
You are solely responsible for the following risks and obligations:
- Fully understanding the inherent risks of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized finance, including but not limited to code vulnerabilities, impermanent loss, liquidation risk, front-running, MEV, network delays or congestion, wallet and private key security, phishing attacks, permanent loss of assets, and more;
- Conducting your own due diligence and risk assessment;
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
